Valentina Tsibizova
MD, PhD is an obstetrician- gynecologist, subspecialized in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Surgery since 18 years.
Dr Valentina Tsibizova is an obstetrician-gynaecologist and Maternal–Fetal Medicine and fetal surgery specialist with 18 years of clinical experience. She has performed more than 3,500 invasive procedures and 500 fetal surgeries and completed advanced training at the Fetal Institute in Miami with Prof. Rubén Quintero.
She is a Maternal–Fetal Medicine specialist at CEMER Clinics in Perugia, a member of the PREIS Scientific Committee, and Chief Consultant to fetal surgery units in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. She has served as Secretary-General of the European Association of Perinatal Medicine since 2024.
Dr Tsibizova has published more than 80 peer-reviewed articles and 50 textbook chapters and serves on the editorial boards of international medical publications.

What is PREIS School?
PREIS School is the Permanent International and European School of Perinatal and Reproductive Medicine, founded and directed by Professor Gian Carlo Di Renzo. The School provides high-quality international education in maternal–fetal, perinatal, neonatal and reproductive medicine.
Will I receive a certificate?
Participants who complete the course receive a certificate of attendance or completion. Information regarding CME/ECM accreditation or other professional credits is provided separately for each course.
Who are the faculty members?
Courses are delivered by internationally recognized experts with extensive clinical, academic and teaching experience. The faculty is selected according to the specific topic and educational objectives of each course.
Can a course programme be customized?
Yes. PREIS School can develop tailored educational programmes ranging from introductory training to advanced specialist courses. The content, duration and practical components are defined together with the partner institution.
Who can attend PREIS School courses?
